Rosetta Xaba is a distinguished professional in the financial and accounting services. Rosetta started her career as a Science and Mathematics teacher. She then made a career change and qualified as a charted accountant. Her skills include external auditing, financial accounting and business consulting. Rosetta worked up to manager level managing audit assignments in internal and external auditing. She serviced public sector clients as an outsourced CFO at Delotte Consulting. Another major role was managing a project to develop the Municipal Finance Management Act (MFMA) e-Learning material which was rolled out to municipalities on behalf of the National Treasury. Rosetta serves as an independent non-executive director on several boards on public sector and JSE listed companies.
