Sthunywa Nkwanyana

Having started his career as an inexperienced graduate, he has grown into a skilled expert that is fascinated by providing practical solutions and enables value. He takes great pride in the wealth of knowledge he has accumulated during his time at TDRU Inc, where he has progressed from a serving as trainee to an audit manager, and finally to a director.

He has been exposed in all facets of the business world, his exposure includes audits of municipalities, departments, public entities (AGSA contracts) and private companies, assisting with the compilation and/or internal audit review of Annual Financial Statements of both private and public entities, providing taxation and advisory services.

Throughout the years Sthunywa has developed a great technical understanding of both public and private sector and its compliance needs (PFMA/MFMA/Companies Act, etc), accounting frameworks (IFRS/GRAP/GAAP etc), tax consulting (Income Tax Act / VAT Act / Etc.) as well as other regulatory compliance requirements (Treasury Regulations / King V).

Currently, Sthunywa serves as a director within TDRU Inc. He is responsible for all audit engagements, accounting, tax operations, and staff management within the firm.
